Evren of course is what dreams are made of and easily is one of my favorite book boys. I love how Adara really took control of her power and strength in this installment and I am sure it will only grow.
The constant fire and ice between these two rips through the pages and I could not get enough of it. With Evren and Adara, my heart hurt for them, soared for them, and then came crashing down again. “This is my choice, Evren, and I choose you.” You can also add Sorin and Thalia to my ever growing list with Jorah! They all weave together so wonderfully to showcase our crew. I love the training, the harsh, and the playful scenes. I love how our crew and all of our favorite characters grow and become even closer in this installment. It was such an amazing installment and I loved each burning moment. Once I hit chapter 20, I was so hesitant to read it because I knew not only was it the end but that it would tear my heart out. With A Kingdom of Blood and Betrayal, I could not read through these pages fast enough. “It is often that we are ruled by hate far more than we are ever controlled by love.”
